In this project, I played a key role as Co-Producer, collaborating closely with the production agency to bring the concept to life. I was heavily involved in the post-production process, where I oversaw the editing, color grading, and sound design to ensure the final product met our creative vision. I also directed the production agency, guiding the style and pacing of the video to align with our strategic objectives. The result was a polished and engaging video that successfully communicated our message and resonated with the target audience.

As Co-Producer, I was tasked with ensuring that the final video stayed true to our brand’s style and messaging. The agency had their own strong opinions that initially diverged from our direction, requiring me to navigate these differences diplomatically. Through effective communication and collaboration, I guided the agency towards a solution that balanced their creativity with our brand’s needs. My involvement in post-production was crucial, as I oversaw editing and fine-tuning to ensure the final product met our standards. The video was well-received and successfully conveyed our intended message, demonstrating the importance of aligning all stakeholders with the brand’s vision.

Description:
For this 2D animated TV commercial, I was responsible for crafting the script that set the tone and direction of the project. After writing the script, I collaborated closely with an external animation agency to choose the visual style, selecting the characters, colors, and overall aesthetic to perfectly match the brand’s vision. I also handpicked the voice-over talent and sound effects, ensuring that every element aligned seamlessly with the intended message.
In addition to the creative direction, I played a key role in streamlining communication between the client, the production agency, and our internal management. By managing these relationships effectively and keeping everyone aligned, I was able to deliver the final product ahead of schedule. The commercial was a success, reflecting both the brand’s identity and the creative vision we set out to achieve.

In this project, I took on multiple key roles, serving as Co-Scriptwriter, Co-Operator, Co-Director, and Co-Editor. Collaborating closely with my team, I contributed to developing the script, ensuring that the narrative was compelling and aligned with our creative vision. On set, I co-operated the camera, capturing the essential shots that would bring our story to life. As Co-Director, I worked side by side with my manager to guide the cast and crew, making real-time decisions to ensure that our vision was executed with precision.
In post-production, I co-edited the footage, focusing on creating a cohesive and engaging final product that met our high standards. The result was a well-crafted video that reflected our collaborative efforts and showcased our ability to seamlessly integrate multiple roles to achieve a successful outcome.

As the Producer for this project, I utilised a mix of existing footage from our library and new footage that I shot myself, bringing together diverse elements to create a cohesive and impactful video. I took a hands-on approach, from capturing the necessary shots with my camera and equipment to animating sequences in After Effects. I also carefully selected the music and hired the voice-over artists, ensuring that every aspect of the production aligned with the project’s vision.
This project is a testament to my ability to think modularly, seamlessly integrating pre-existing materials with newly created content. By aligning these various components into a harmonious final product, I demonstrated a skill I value greatly—my ability to efficiently produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the desired message.
